Step 3 - Submit your article
|
Only Engadine residents are eligible to submit articles for publication in Engadine2233.com. For first-time contributors, proof of residency (photocopy of one of the following: driver’s license, passport, etc. will suffice) must be included in the submission.
Contributors must inlcude the following in their submissions:
- The ad placement forms for each ad slot sold completed by the advertiser. This form can be downloaded here.
- Payment for sold ad space in the form of cheques payable to Imelda Ignacio.
Cheque payments net of commissions can be received by Engadine2233.com. However, the full amount paid by the advertiser for the ad slot (before commissions were deducted by the contributor) should be reflected on the corresponding ad placement form enclosed in the submission.
For cheque payments received from advertisers covering the full value of the ad slot purchased (and sold by the contributor), Engadine2233.com will pay commissions to the contributor within five (5) working days.
The ad placement forms, cheques, and any ad content (text and images) provided by advertisers should be enclosed in one envelope and posted to the following address:

Enclose the fully accomplished feature article submission form which is you can find in the Contributor's Guide. Remember to quote the subject line of the emailed article manuscript (the procedure for emailing article manuscript is described in Step 1).
Digital material from advertisers in the form of image files and document files should be emailed to ads@engadine2233.com. Instructions for doing this are on the ad placement forms.
